IDEA Data Solutions will return to METSTRADE in 2026 with something a little different. This year marks a major milestone – 25 years of IDEA – and to celebrate, we’re bringing the ‘IDEA Universe’ to the Superyacht Zone with a dedicated 42m² stand (location TBC), designed to showcase the power of true industry collaboration.
The IDEA Universe is built around a simple idea: no single solution operates in isolation. Modern yacht operations rely on a connected ecosystem of software, hardware, consultancy, supply, and services. At METS 2026, visitors will be able to experience how these components come together in practice – through a carefully curated group of strategic partners whose solutions integrate and complement one another. We’re delighted to be exhibiting with our long-term strategic partner Spectro | Jet-Care once again alongside Dock 07, EMS Yachting, Panoblu and YOT.
From procurement and technical supply to onboard systems, 360 image visualisation, consultancy, and performance and fluid monitoring, the stand will act as a central hub where workflows connect, information flows, and collaboration becomes tangible. It’s an opportunity not just to showcase individual solutions and technology, but to demonstrate how they work together to simplify operations, improve transparency, and deliver better outcomes for owners, crew, shipyards and management teams.

With a larger stand comes more room for live demonstrations, partner showcases, and conversations that go beyond product features into real operational challenges and solutions. Visitors will be able to explore integrated workflows, see live use cases, and engage directly with the teams behind each solution.
And, of course, it wouldn’t be METSTRADE with IDEA without a chance to bring everyone together. We’ll be hosting one of our famous Gin and Tonic receptions on the Wednesday evening – an open invitation for partners, clients, and friends of IDEA to unwind, connect, and celebrate both 25 years of IDEA and 50 years of Spectro | Jet-Care.
Above all, METSTRADE 2026 will be about people – bringing the superyacht industry together to share ideas, strengthen partnerships, and celebrate two major anniversaries in style.
