With the ability to provide critical information to all participants at any time via the core vessel database, the system supports key operational responsibilities such as maintenance management (including scheduling, recording, and history), spare parts management (including stock control, purchasing, and tracking), purchase management (including order management and links to accounting) and flexible integrated reporting.

The First Officer has access to a set of administrative and navigational tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, management of the deck department, vessel safety and drills, and upkeep of vessel documentation and certificates. The Chief Engineer is supported in all aspects of engine room operations including safety, maintenance planning, scheduling and documentation, repairs and inventory management. The Interior Manager has functionality concerned with the management of guests and the care of the ship’s interior. The Purser is equipped to carry out all aspects of the financial management and adminstration of the vessel, including HR, payroll, purchasing and expenditure control.
