This integration allows vessels using the IDEA YACHT and IDEA GT software to place orders directly with Versilia Supply Service from within the platform, eliminating the need for external systems or manual data entry.

The Direct Order functionality, part of IDEA’s Stock Control and Purchasing module, enables crew members to generate quote requests directly from purchase orders. These requests are automatically sent to Versilia, who then provide pricing and availability. Once approved, the order is processed and tracked seamlessly within IDEA YACHT and IDEA GT, with real-time updates and communication facilitated through the platform’s comment system.

This partnership marks a significant step forward in simplifying yacht operations. By integrating Versilia’s extensive supply network with IDEA’s robust management software, users benefit from faster procurement cycles, reduced administrative overhead, and improved transparency throughout the ordering process.
