IDEA Finance Module
The new Finance Module in IDEA YACHT is designed to make day-to-day financial management simpler, faster, and more transparent. It brings together automatic transaction imports, easy manual entry, flexible approvals, and clear reporting into one intuitive system. With a Central API securely connecting IDEA to external finance partners, and Centtrip as the first integrated provider, the module is built to grow with your needs while supporting accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Through its Centtrip integration, users can easily view account transactions and request up-to-date account balances. The system also provides a complete overview of all connected cards, showing their current balances in real time, so users always know how much is available.
Transactions from connected accounts are synchronized automatically at regular intervals. In addition, users can manually trigger a synchronization at any time to ensure they are always working with the latest data.
The Finance Module also includes flexible reporting tools. Users can generate and print reports for account transactions and apply filters across multiple fields—such as date, category, amount, or card—to quickly find the information they need and share it with stakeholders.
From the Transaction Overview page, users can:
- Create new transactions
- View all transactions
- Edit a specific transaction
All transactions are grouped by account, and users can filter them by transaction date, category, budget, payment status, processed status, and currency.
The Finance Module is fully configurable and allows IDEA users to define:
- Accounts
- Categories
- Budgets
- Recipients
- States
Users can create and edit transactions, specifying the attributes for each transaction.
