2025.4 Key changes

IDEA YACHT 2025.4 marks a major milestone with the introduction of the all-new Finance Module, soon to be available in Beta. Designed to simplify and centralise financial oversight for yachts and fleets, this module enables crews, managers, and owner offices to manage invoices, transactions, and budgets within a single, intuitive interface. Fully integrated with IDEA YACHT and IDEA FLEET, it supports internal account handling and external provider integrations for seamless payments, FX, and expense tracking. Key features include Transaction Categories for spend analysis and Financial Recipients for vendor management. The updated Finance Transaction Page now supports enhanced sorting, filtering, and a new transaction view with upsert dialogs for deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

Beyond finance, this release delivers significant improvements across Photo Documentation, with a more reliable editor, better layout handling, multi-file upload, and edit history tracking. Upload errors now surface clearly, and item quantity updates function as expected.

Crew and visitor management via Crewboard is more intuitive, with new tabs and card counters for onboard/offboard crew, updated visitor pass labels, and emergency print reports.

Maintenance workflows benefit from smoother task execution and improved messaging, while a wide range of general enhancements improve performance, consistency, and data accuracy across the platform.

    • “Delete Storage” button now correctly hidden when the Stock Control module is disabled
    • Fixed logic on the “Assign Storage” page—source location now correctly limited to available storages for the scanned item

    • Restored hourly intervals for rounds, based on user feedback
  • Purchase Order Handling

    • Resolved issue where received quantity wasn’t updating when “Update Price” was enabled
  • Terminology Consistency
