Ask The Dirk: Customise the status for accounts
Did you know that you can customize the status for accounts in IDEA?
When you open the crew and guest database you have the left navigation tree displayed which shows all available status for your crew and guests, like “On Board” or “Resigned”.
You are not bound to these default entries and can add, edit or remove these.
In order to adjust the available status please navigate to the settings menu -> dropdown fields:
In the dropdown fields you can add/edit or remove your status at any time if they are not in use for any account.
Note – for further functions in IDEA it might be necessary to review and change the status-related settings in the system settings -> general menu:
