We’re heading to the Palma International Boat Show and once again setting up in the heart of the Superyacht Village at stands RR10 and RR11. This year is a special one for IDEA Data Solutions as we celebrate 25 years of supporting the superyacht industry with software built around real operational needs – and we’d love you to be part of it.
Throughout the show, we’ll be joined by our long‑standing partners Spectro | Jet‑Care, giving visitors the chance to see how fluid analysis and equipment condition monitoring integrate seamlessly with IDEA’s onboard and shoreside workflows. Together, we’re focused on helping yachts move from disconnected systems to a more proactive, data‑driven approach to operations and maintenance.
Gin & Tonic Reception – Thursday, 4pm
To mark our 25th anniversary, we’re hosting a gin and tonic reception on Thursday evening at 4pm at the stand. Expect good conversation, familiar faces, and a selection of special 25th‑anniversary gin & tonics created just for the occasion. Whether you’re already working with IDEA or simply curious to learn more, it’s a relaxed opportunity to connect with the team and other industry professionals.

At the show, we’ll be showcasing how IDEA GT helps vessels under 400 GT streamline onboard operations without adding complexity. Designed specifically for yachts with limited crew, IDEA GT brings clarity to day‑to‑day tasks, improves visibility for management companies, and reduces the admin burden that often pulls crew away from what matters most.
A key focus this year is the new IDEA Finance module. Built to sit naturally alongside operational workflows, it provides clearer oversight of spending, approvals, and financial reporting, helping crews and managers stay aligned without juggling spreadsheets or external systems. It’s about simplifying financial processes while improving accuracy, transparency, and control.
We’ll also be giving a sneak peek into some of our latest AI‑driven advancements within the IDEA platform. These enhancements are designed to make navigating the software faster and more intuitive, helping users find what they need quickly and get more value from the system with less effort. It’s a practical application of AI, focused on usability rather than buzzwords.
